To Order using credit cards or bank transfers: Choose the size and style of the item then press the "add to cart" button. This item will be added to your cart where you can change the quantity as desired.
To Order using check, cod or money order: call Toll Free: 1-866-490-3008 We will happily take your order over the phone. There is a $25 fee for returned checks.

Shipping: Unless you specify otherwise. We ship USPS. There are several options for shipping costs for you to choose from. My favorite method is priority mail and those prices are as listed. 0-$10.00 =$6.00 $10-45 = $7.00 $45-149.00= $10.00 $149 and up $13.00.
We do have an express mail option in our shopping cart, and international options as well.

Full Refund Returns & Exchanges*: We will happily accept returns and exchanges of all unworn merchandise. Trying on does not count as wearing.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with our clothes you get a full refund. And the only question we'll ask is "Why?" so we can better improve our service and merchandise for you.
To make a return or exchange: Please ship to address at top of this slip. Add a note of what you would like for the return/ exchange. Cash and credit card refunds can only be issued up to 2 months after the purchase date. Exchanges or store credit can be offered for 6 months after purchase date.

The payment is processed through PAY PALs secure server, and you fill in your information and ordering. The payment and order is then emailed to us, then we log on and commence shipping.

Official Store Policies (all the small print)

Round Belly is here to serve you. We want to provide the best in service and customer care and organic clothing for
you and your family. However, as customer friendly as we try to be, we occasionally end up feeling abused by a
few customers. So here are our official policies. These policies are guidelines and rules to fall back on when our
store and our customers can not agree what is mutually best for us. Most of you wonderful customers will never be
told "it's in the rules." But when it comes to customers who have us ship overnight to addresses they give us and
then return the packages without opening them because "where did you get that address? It's 4 years old." We have
a right to protect ourself from absorbing those costs. So here are my rules, may we be blessed never to need to
quote them.
Treatment of People
Round Belly expects all people to
behave in manors honoring ourselves,
our human family and Mother Nature.
In so doing we recognise that every person
is a unique masterpiece of the creator and
that they are neither less nor more then us.
Therefore we will treat them as equals and
strive to work together in harmony.
When disputes occur we will wait until we
can look at them objectively to respond in a
way that honors both parties.
Round Belly does not tolerate abuse of any
kind. If any of my people verbally abuse
you they will be fired. If you abuse them;
we will refuse to sell to you. This includes:
using swear words, racial, religious or
sexual sneers or threatening their health,
safety or property.
Physical or emotional abuse of all kinds
will not be tolerated.
Exchanges and refunds
If you change your mind or ordered
wrong, you are welcome to exchange it.
Please check your email confirmation of
order. We will hold you by that order
unless you email or call us before we ship.
Anything canceled before shipment will be
refunded completely.
On returns and exchanges we hold the
right not to pay for shipping and/or to
charge a restocking fee of up to 10% on all
returns. This policy comes into effect
primarily if you cancel or return your entire
order after shipping.
Issuing refunds:
We issue refunds through paypal on all
online orders. This means the refund can
only be issued with in 60 days of the order
and to the credit card or paypal account it
was ordered through. It also means there
are no refunds for values above original
purchase.
Refunds for returned merchandise occur
only after the item(s) have been returned to
us.
Exchanges:
Unworn merchandise can be exchanged
for other sizes, colors or items with few
questions asked.
Merchandise that needs to be repaired
because of long term wear can be done for
shipping costs. Most of the time if you
ship it, we will ship it back for free.
For children's items only: If it needs to be
exchanged after long term wear (less then
9 months from purchase) we will do so in
the same size exact size and color. The
exchanged one may be refurbished. After 9
months you have to buy a new one.
Shipping
We usually ship USPS Priority Mail. That
mean 2-3 or maybe even 4 days if the post
office is slow.
Express Mail is an option. Express mail has
no delivery on Saturday through FedEx and
through the post office it can take 2-3
working days. Plan for this. We will not be
held accountable because of the Postal
Structure.
The actual shipping costs (what is costs us
to ship your order) are nonrefundable once
we have shipped your order. If some items
are canceled before shipping we will
change the shipping charge to reflect this.
When it is our fault (a. We sent the wrong
items. or b. The items are poor quality)
we will pay for your costs on the return
shipping if you are getting a refund. In
event of an exchange, we will send the
new item free.
Shipping Problems:
We track 95% of all our shipments and
know when they arrived at your
destination. If they have not arrived in 2
weeks time I will reship the item(s). If they
arrived damaged we can replace the items.
If we can not ship due to a faulty address
we will email you and ask you to verify it.
We will email to the address on the order
form. If you do not respond to the email
with in 1 month. Your order will be
automatically canceled and refunded minus
the current restocking fee.
